Terms of Service

These are the rules for using AMN. They are deliberately short — read them before you buy or sell.

Version 1.0 · Last updated 30 Jul 2026

1. What AMN is

AMN is an escrow marketplace. A buyer and a seller agree a deal, the buyer's payment is held in escrow by AMN, and it is released to the seller after the buyer confirms delivery.

AMN is not the buyer or the seller in any trade. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee what sellers list. Our role is limited to holding the payment and running the dispute process.

2. Who may use AMN

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Your account is personal — do not share it, sell it, or open a second account after a suspension.

By using AMN you confirm that you are not named on any sanctions list (including the OFAC, EU, UK and UN lists) and that you are not acting on behalf of anyone who is.

3. What may not be traded

The following are banned on AMN for every user, in every country, with no exceptions:

  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their parts.
  • Drugs, drug precursors, and prescription medicine sold without a licence.
  • Any sexual content involving a minor. Zero tolerance — the account is closed and reported.
  • Stolen or hacked accounts, login credentials, databases, personal-data lists, payment-card data, and gift cards bought with stolen cards.
  • Malware, ransomware, botnets, DDoS-for-hire, phishing kits, and fraud tooling.
  • Forged documents, ID cards, diplomas, and services that bypass identity verification.
  • Money laundering, unlicensed money transfer, and funds coming from a mixer, a theft, or a known exploit.
  • Anything sold to, bought from, or on behalf of a sanctioned person, entity, or territory.
  • Pirated software, stolen licence keys, and other copyright-infringing digital goods.
  • Anything that is illegal where the buyer is, where the seller is, or where AMN operates.

If we find any of this we may cancel the order, hold the funds in escrow, close the account without notice, and — where the law requires it — report it to the competent authorities.

4. Sanctions, AML and screening

Crypto addresses used for deposits and payouts are screened against published sanctions lists before funds move. We may refuse a payment, hold it, or return it to its source if a screen hits or if we cannot establish where the money came from.

We may ask you for identity documents or for the source of funds before an escrow is released, and we respond to lawful requests from law-enforcement and regulatory bodies.

5. Escrow, fees and payouts

Funds sit in escrow from the moment a payment is confirmed until the buyer confirms delivery or a dispute is decided. Fees are shown before you pay, and the amount you see at checkout is the amount that is charged.

Crypto transfers are irreversible. Check the network and the address before you send — a payment sent to the wrong network or address cannot be recovered by AMN.

6. Disputes

If a delivery does not arrive or does not match what was agreed, open a dispute from the order before the confirmation window closes. Both sides submit evidence and AMN decides how the escrowed funds are released.

That decision is final for the release of the escrowed funds. It does not settle any other claim you may have against the other party.

7. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, or that we are legally required to act on. Funds already in escrow are released under the dispute rules — they are not withheld as a penalty.

8. No warranty, limited liability

AMN is provided as is. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any seller will perform.

To the extent the law allows, AMN's liability for an order is limited to the amount held in escrow for that order. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss.

9. Governing law

AMN is in a soft-launch phase and the operating entity is being registered. Until that registration completes and this clause is updated, disputes between users are handled through the internal dispute process in section 6.

Nothing here removes a right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in; continuing to use AMN after that means you accept it.
