1. What we store

Only what the service needs:

• Account data — email, phone number, Telegram id, and the display name you choose.
• Order data — requests, offers, chat messages, delivery evidence, and dispute evidence.
• Payment data — crypto addresses, transaction hashes, and amounts. We never see or store your private keys or wallet seed.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser and device data, and error reports, kept for security and debugging.
• Seller application data — the links and descriptions you send when you apply to sell.

2. Why we use it

To run the escrow, and nothing unrelated to it:

• To create, deliver, and settle orders, and to release escrow.
• To detect fraud and abuse, and to screen crypto addresses against sanctions lists.
• To answer support requests and decide disputes.
• To meet a legal obligation where we have one.

3. Who else sees it

The other party in your order sees what the order needs — your display name, the order contents, your messages, and any delivery details you enter. Nothing else about your account is shown to them.

We use third parties for hosting, error monitoring, blockchain data, and messaging. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We disclose data to authorities only where a lawful request requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Account and order data are kept while your account is open, and after closure for as long as a dispute, a tax rule, or a legal obligation requires. Technical logs are kept for a short period, typically weeks.

5. Your choices

You can see and correct your account data in the dashboard, and you can ask us to delete your account. Deletion may be delayed for data tied to an open dispute or that we must keep by law.

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted, sensitive values are encrypted at rest, and access to production data is limited. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong, unique password and keep your email and Telegram accounts protected.
